Artisan Hand Crocheted Wayuu Clutch
Ethically and Sustainably sourced from Colombian Artisan and Indigenous women-owned businesses
Authentic Wayuu Tribal Clutches are expertly hand crocheted using traditional techniques by the matriarchal Wayuu Indigenous Artisan women.
Casa Bonita's vibrant, unique and intrinsic clutches are exquisitely handcrafted by Sandra Aguilar and her family.
The Wayuu Tribal legend, shares that a sacred spider taught the women the skill of weaving. The Artisans continue their connection with their cosmos by weaving nature and culture into the colours and designs of each clutch, while preserving Indigenous ancestral techniques.
Each clutch is handmade, using naturally dyed high quality yarn threads and traditional crochet techniques. It takes an Artisan up to 1 week to make each clutch, creating unique and powerful fashion accessory.
